I tolerate muscle soreness after a hard work-out, but beyond that, I find the words tolerate, tolerance, and tolerant to be of limited utility. They imply there is something wrong with what is being tolerated. The most common usage is to refer to a subdivision of humans to which we don’t belong. I disagree with this usage. I don’t think it matters whether a person is black, yellow, olive, white, Christian, Jewish, Muslim, male, female, atheist, agnostic, Hindu, Buddhist, gay, lesbian, or anything else, if they don’t infringe on my personal freedom, they are just humans, we are all the same. If they do infringe on my personal freedom, then they are elevated to annoying human. I try not to be annoying to other humans. I can’t always be on perfect behavior, but I try to acknowledge my mistakes and fix them. Until we can all come to this realization, the troubles we have had throughout history will continue to be repeated ala “Groundhog’s Day”.

About Blogging
Here I am, less than a month into blogging and I think I can write a blog post about blogging. I have been thinking about blogging for a couple of years, not sure what to write about, or if I even could produce. Then, one day I just did it. When I started this blog, I had no idea of what I was getting into. It has been an incredible change in my life. I started by creating a file where I put all the ideas I had swimming around in my head, that might make a topic for a blog post. Once these ideas were stored electronically, I was able to let them flee my brain without being concerned they might disappear. Now my brain had a void, it has become my mission to try to fill the void. Then I started writing those ideas down, and the void didn’t fill and the need to fill it became greater. It’s actually a wonderful feeling. I’m not limiting myself to any area, although I don’t think I’ll be writing much about quantum physics, but who knows? This blog has become my job, even though its not monetized. I have been reading much more and researching topics. I wish I would have done this many years ago. As with anything in life, I can’t predict how long this literary volcano will run, but I did pay for two years of hosting. At the rate I’m going, that will be about 200 posts. We’ll see.
